Some individuals believe that using the seller’s agent to purchase the home will save them money.  NOT true, in fact it may even cost you more money and will definitely put you at a disadvantage during the negotiation process.  The seller's agent has already signed and agreement to protect and work on behalf of the seller(s).

Imaging if you will, how can one lawyer represent two opposing clients at the same trial?

Given this is one of the biggest and costly investment you will ever make don’t you want someone working exclusive for you?

Why not have your own representative?  It cost you nothing and you may very well save a few thousand dollars and the agreement will be written to ensure your interest is being protected.  Click on Contact me
